Estate Agents fined £1.6 million
HMRC has issued fined which total in excess of £1.6 million to estate agents who have failed to register or re-register with them for Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
New PDR regulations on conversion of farm buildings in England

The Chinese housing market went into crisis in 2020 following the government’s introduction of a strict debt policy. Listed property to be replaced by two new houses
