Barcelona to be holiday let free by 2028
The mayor of Barcelona has vowed not to renew any of the 10,100+ “tourist licences” the city grants to the landlords of short term holiday lets, which he claims will provide the equivalent number of new homes.

Simplifying the home buying and selling process

A quick Google of “cannabis farm UK” will deliver a shocking number of news articles related to the discovery of illegal farms around the country. Victims of the crime include landlords, who have unwittingly rented out property that has been subsequently abused. Others are homebuyers, who have purchased a property only to subsequently learn of its prior use as a cannabis farm.
